As Luffy attacks Warcury in Gear 5 one again, Vegapunk reveals a central figure born in a certain advanced kingdom 900 years ago. He possessed a stretchy body that he used to fight just like the sun god Nika from Elbaf.

The name of that man is Joy Boy. He was the man who took to these seas and became the first pirate in history.

At the end of chapter 1114, Vegapunk’s message continues to stir up the whole world, and the reactions are just about to get more intense than ever.
